Clinical Consultation & Supervision

In addition to my clinical practice, I offer consultation for therapists and agencies in addition to supervision for unlicensed clinical staff through the agency/organization where they are employed.

Many clinicians seek consultation when they want the opportunity to step back from the pace of their work and think more deeply about the therapeutic process, challenging cases, or their own growth as therapists.

My goal is to create a thoughtful, collaborative environment where clinicians can explore their work with curiosity, honesty, and support.

What Consultation & Supervision Can Support

  • Reflecting on complex or challenging clinical cases

  • Developing greater confidence in clinical decision-making

  • Integrating modalities including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and CBT

  • Completing documentation required by the Board of Psychology (BOP) or Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) for unlicensed clinicians

  • Navigating the emotional demands of clinical work

Ways to Work Together

Supervision through agencies and organizations

I provide individual and group supervision for associates completing Supervised Professional Experience (SPE) toward licensure. I have supervised clinicians in nonprofit, county, university counseling, and large healthcare settings across California, helping many associates successfully achieve licensure.

Group supervision provides space to:

  • Present and reflect on clinical cases

  • Expand and articulate case conceptualization

  • Learn from the perspectives of other clinicians

  • Explore therapeutic process and dynamics

  • Complement individual supervision to meet SPE requirements

  • Build connection with a cohort of therapists

Consultation Group for independent practitioners

Consultation is primarily offered in small group format, which allows clinicians to learn from one another while also receiving individualized input.

Group Consultation provides space to:

  • Discuss cases and clinical questions

  • Reflect on therapeutic process and dynamics

  • Explore different conceptual approaches

  • Connect with colleagues in a supportive professional setting

About Me

I am a California licensed psychologist and have spent more than a decade supervising graduate students and therapists working toward licensure. I have provided clinical supervision at non-profits, county agencies, university counseling centers, and large healthcare settings in California and have seen many trainees through to licensure.

My supervision style is direct, thoughtful, and collaborative, with the goal of helping clinicians grow in both confidence and clinical depth.
